The Town of Eastend and the RM49 of White Valley work together with the Cemetery Board to keep the final resting place for many Eastend former veterans and residents looking groomed and beautiful.
The Cemetery Board is currently exploring various beautification options including the planting of new shrubs and trees, to offer more shade as families visit and decorate the graves of their loved ones.
The Cemetery Board is working on the following projects:
- The Board would like to mark the graves of veterans that are buried in the cemetery. If you know the name of any veterans, please contact a Board member.
- Every November/December a Christmas Tree is set up at the Post Office - for a donation of $10, a Christmas Ball will be placed on the tree in memory of a loved one. All proceeds go to the upkeep of the Cemetery.
If you would like to make a donation, have any ideas on how to improve the cemetery, or would like to join the Cemetery Board or volunteer, please email the Board at eastendsk.cemetery@gmail.com

The Cemetery Project
An specialist was hired to digitally map the cemetery. The Cemetery Project documents all the occupied and reserved lots up to February 2024.
Now you can use the interactive map to locate graves online. The Cemetery Board would like to thank Hidden Valley Loan Coop, Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant Program and the Town of Eastend for helping cover the cost for this project.
