What a Shot Photography

Raised in Ladner British Colombia, Nicola McGuire’s love for photography began in the quiet corners of her community. What started as simple curiosity grew into a lifelong passion, encouraged by the support of family and friends.

That passion eventually brought her to Eastend Saskatchewan, a place that has become the heart of her creative world. Inspired by the beauty of the surrounding landscape, the people and the character of the community, Nicola has found endless inspiration through her lens.

An important part of this journey has been her partner Keith, whose constant support help turn a dream into reality. From sharing in Nicolas’s vision to building the beautiful What a Shot Photography Gallery where her images now have a home, Keith has been there every step of the way.

Today, Nicola and Keith are firmly rooted in Eastend, surrounded by their pets, new friends, and a community that has warmly welcomed them. It is here that Nicola’s story continues, shaped by the land, inspired by the people, and shared through the photography.
