Community Initiatives Fund:  Summer Grant Program & Community Grant Program

Summer Grant Program 

The Summer Grant Program supports standalone summer programs for children and youth participants under 18 years of age. Summer programs must be held between June 1st and August 31st, 2026. Types of programs typically supported include summer camps and day programs offering positive recreation, arts, culture and learning opportunities for children and youth. Grant Amount: Maximum of $7,500.00

The Community Grant Program 

The Community Grant Program supports programs under three funding themes: the healthy growth and development of children and youth; individual and community well-being; and non-profit and community leadership. 

Grant Amount: 

Local programs that benefit residents of one community or region: maximum of $30,000

Provincial programs that are delivered in two or more regions or involve participation from across Saskatchewan: maximum of $50,000.
