📢 CARETAKER POSITION AVAILABLE

The Eastend Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for a Caretaker.

Duties include (not limited to)::

• Snow removal
• Maintain outdoor lighting
• Maintain/operate boiler system
• Keep outdoor grounds clean
• Wash kitchen floor/area
• Wash laundry rooms
• Wipe off appliances
• Dusting & spot cleaning
• Wipe off hand railing
• Clean all entrances/exits and windows, doors, etc.
• Wipe off light fixtures
• Clean chair armrests and tables in lounge
• Wipe off tops of door frames
• Wipe off windowsills/frames
• Clean and maintain air vents, heat radiator/baseboard
• Thorough cleaning of lounge furniture, including legs and underside of tables, etc.
• Strip/wax/polish hard floor areas
• Wash exterior windows on all units/common areas
• Inspect/replace as required: emergency control panels, fire pumps, pull station lights, exit lights and fire extinguishers
• Lawn maintenance including mowing, fertilizing, watering grass/plants/shrubs/trees, weeding & trimming
